Hagerty employs a 10-step approach to managing projects. These time-proven techniques, when implemented consistently, lead to completed tasks that are accurate, timely, efficient, and of high quality. We also believe that a project’s success is directly related to the people involved. That is why we assign a Hagerty Project Executive and Project Manager to each engagement.
A Project Executive guides the start-up of each assignment and oversees:
- Staffing
- Scheduling
- Budgeting
- Project-specific reporting
- Procedures for quality control
- Senior client communication
- Project deliverable review
A Project Manager is responsible for:
- Day-to-day project management
- Monitoring progress against the work plan, timelines, and budget
- Communicating regularly with the client
- Addressing human resources issues
- Helping to resolve complex project issues
- Reviewing all key client deliverables
- Ensuring successful delivery of the project overall
