The CPA candidate will be responsible for the overall Financial Management Group’s daily execution, strategic planning, financial budgeting, staff planning and operations. Desired Qualifications:
 CPA with eight plus (8+) years’ of accounting/finance experience, preferably in state or local government.
 Must have solid familiarity with the Stafford Act and FEMA policy, rules and regulations.

Job Description -
Candidates with proven ability to help grow our financial and business solutions practice area with a background in public sector accounting and financial management, financial systems management, grant and loan programs, internal controls, budget formulation and execution, and financial reporting protocols and analyses. • Develop methodologies to accurately account for eligible disaster-related costs and streamline delivery of disaster funds and services.

• Ensure compliance with standard accounting/procurement principles as well as with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, etc.

The candidate must be comfortable interacting directly with clients, senior managers and executives. Must be prepared for intense, challenging work environment and be experienced working in a team atmosphere but be able to deliver independently.

Job Description
The Client Services Manager will report directly to the Director of Development and will be responsible for performing strategic business development duties and responsibilities to include:
 Proactively and aggressively helping to generate new business and increase overall revenue for the firm, through working with current Hagerty directorates to research and develop new product lines, promote new capabilities, and cultivate new business with potential clients and former clients, as well as through additional follow-on work with current clients.
 Serve as an ambassador and spokesperson for Hagerty in the marketplace.
 Work to continuously establish new strategic relationships for the firm with potential clients and teaming partners that may enhance the firm’s ability to pursue strategic opportunities and grow our presence in both Preparedness and Recovery Programs.
 Facilitate the pursuit, capture, and closure of new contracts.
 Remain up to date on current issues, legislation, guidance, and trends within the emergency management/homeland security and disaster recovery arena.
 Effectively promote the Hagerty brand and the firm’s customized consulting services and emergency management tools to current and potential clients at trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and business development meetings.  Submit bi-weekly activities and sales reports to the Director of Development. Candidate will be required to meet targeted sales and revenue goals, as determined by the Director of Development and Executive Vice President.
