- Financial & Business Solutions Practice Leader - We are seeking a demonstrated leader with proven ability to help grow our financial and business solutions practice area with a background in public sector accounting and financial management, financial systems management, grant and loan programs, internal controls, budget formulation and execution, and financial reporting protocols and analyses. This position entails both business development and client delivery responsibilities. The individual would market the firm’s GSA FABS schedule, develop and execute capture strategies, and assist in the preparation of proposals. This individual would also be engaged in overseeing financial management engagements and delivering financial advisory services and technical assistance to clients based in the Washington metropolitan area. - Business Development Manager – Defense Agencies - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in DoD components and Defense Agencies, develop and execute capture strategies, and assist in the preparation of winning proposals. The candidate will focus on marketing primarily to DoD components that require finance, accounting, process improvement, strategic and performance planning, policy analysis and program management services. Independent Consultants: Some members of our team choose flexible assignment schedules in order to pursue personal commitments or interests. The professionals we engage on a project-by-project basis must have the same personal and professional qualifications as those we hire full-time and make a commitment to seeing the project through to completion.

- Public Assistance Consultant- We have a need for accountants, Certified Public Accountants, and financial analysts to be part of our cadre of professionals available to provide contract support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program following a Presidentially declared disaster. The Public Assistance program is designed to reimburse eligible applicants, including state and local government and qualified non-profits, for the costs to conduct emergency operations and to restore damaged infrastructure. As part of our disaster cadre supporting the PA program, you may be asked to deploy anywhere in the country, often with a week’s notice or less, and stay for 90 days or more. - Emergency Management Planner - We have a need in various regions throughout the United States for consultants with experience in developing and assessing local, state or regional emergency response and recovery plans. The Emergency Management Planner will participate in tasks on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) including development of regional concepts of operations plans, facilitating the development of regional and state incident-specific emergency operations plans, facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops, serving as liaison with a wide range of public-sector, private-sector and private non-profit stakeholders ensuring consistent communication with large stakeholder groups, collecting and analyzing data, management of work plan and budget development, and task management. Consultants will be expected to work with minimal supervision and be able to successfully interact at all client levels. - Public Sector Management Consultant - We are seeking exceptional and accomplished individuals based in Washington, D.C. with degrees in public administration, public policy, finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related disciplines, to work in support of a variety of projects. We are seeking consultants at all skill levels. 4 – 8 years work experience demonstrating strong core competencies in the areas of analysis, logic, written and verbal communication, and presentation.
