Dear Guest:
In 2011, Hagerty Consulting will celebrate its tenth anniversary. This anniversary is possible because of the faith and confidence clients have shown in us over the years. In light of our commitment to continue to build a highly respected management consulting firm, we are pleased to present an updated corporate identity – one that we believe reflects the integrity, creativity, and quality clients have come to expect of Hagerty.
I hope you will peruse our website to discover more about our service offerings, capabilities, and experience. In it you’ll learn that last year alone, Hagerty spent close to one hundred thousand hours helping clients develop strategic housing plans; identify, assess, and implement alternative temporary housing solutions; coordinate Catastrophic response plans for 8 states along the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ); implement a nationwide GAP analysis tool to identify shortfalls in local, state, and federal resources to respond to certain disaster scenarios; exercise local emergency management plans in compliance with HSEEP; manage a $1.4B Congressionally established community loan program; perform financial and eligibility reviews on complex, multi-million dollar federal grants; administer CDBG block grants; facilitate federal, state, and local partnership meetings; perform organizational assessments; and lead the quality control efforts for a billion dollar federal program.
Today, I’m pleased to say that in addition to the contracts we hold through our strategic teaming partners, Hagerty is available directly to public sector agencies through our GSA MOBIS Contract (#GS-10F-0329S) under SINS 874-1, Consulting Services, 874-2, Facilitation Services, and 874-7, Program Integration and Project Management, as well as our GSA FABS Contract (#GS-23F-0027V) under SINS 520-11, Accounting, and 520-13, Complimentary Financial Management Services. With over 75 professionals and an established track record we have the capabilities and financial means to help you address complex issues related to program management, financial and policy analysis, grant management, strategic planning, process improvement, and quality control.
If you ever have a need for operational or advisory consulting services, or just want another point of view on a challenge you’re trying to address, I hope you will consider reaching out to me or other Hagerty professionals. Similarly, if your organization is seeking professional or technical assistance, I hope you will include Hagerty Consulting on the list of companies invited to bid. I’m confident we can make a significant and meaningful contribution to your operation.
Sincerely,
Stephen H. Hagerty
